Booking & Mobile Service

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Clarksville and cover the corridor from Oak Grove and Hopkinsville, KY down through greater Nashville to Franklin and Murfreesboro — including Fort Campbell, Springfield, Ashland City, Pleasant View, White House, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Brentwood, Smyrna, and La Vergne. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.

Are you really mobile — do you come to me?

Yes. We're 100% mobile and bring everything to you: your home, driveway, apartment, or workplace anywhere in our service area. No dropping the car off, no waiting room.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No. Our setup is self-contained, and we offer rinseless and waterless options for apartments, covered garages, and spots without a hose or outlet.

How do I book, and how far out should I schedule?

Call or text 941-303-1757 or use our contact form. We confirm within about 2 hours and can usually get you in the same week. Need it sooner? Same-day / rush service is available for +$50 when the schedule allows.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Payment is collected after the work is finished.

What happens if it rains?

We keep an eye on the forecast. Light conditions or a covered driveway/garage usually let us work as planned — our rinseless methods help — and if the weather really turns, we'll reschedule at no charge.

How long does a detail take?

An Interior or Exterior detail runs about 1.5–3 hours; a full Interior + Exterior is typically 3–5 hours, depending on your vehicle's size and condition. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you book.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes — 15% off for active-duty service members and veterans. We're proud to support the Fort Campbell community. Just mention it when booking and have your ID ready at service.

Services & Pricing

What's the difference between Interior, Exterior, and Interior + Exterior?

Interior is a full inside clean; Exterior is a wash-and-protect for the outside; Interior + Exterior combines both in one visit and is our best value.

Why does pricing depend on my vehicle size?

Bigger vehicles have more paint to wash and more interior to clean, which takes more time and product. We price in three simple tiers — Car, Midsize, and Truck/SUV — so you only pay for what your vehicle needs.

What's included in each package?

Every package lists exactly what it covers on our Services page. In short: Interior handles seats, carpets, trunk, dash, vents, glass, and conditioning; Exterior handles foam wash, wheels, tires, glass, and a spray sealant.

Do you offer paint correction or ceramic coating?

Yes — we offer single-stage paint correction (priced by vehicle size) and a Ceramic Sealant Upgrade: a hand-applied SiO2 spray that adds a few months of hydrophobic protection. For a full multi-year ceramic coating, give us a call to talk through options.

My car is really dirty, or has heavy pet hair or stains — is that extra?

Our listed prices are starting rates for standard-condition vehicles. Heavy pet hair, deep stains, mud, or odor may call for an add-on or a small condition surcharge — we'll always discuss it with you before we start, never as a surprise.

Can I add extra services?

Absolutely. Add-ons include pet-hair removal, seat/carpet shampoo and extraction, odor treatment, headlight restoration, clay bar, iron decontamination, and more — the full list and pricing are on the Services page.

What if I'm not happy with something?

Tell us. We take pride in our work, and if we missed a spot we'll make it right.

Seasonal Car Care in Middle Tennessee

How often should I get my car detailed around Clarksville and Nashville?

For most drivers here, a maintenance wash every 4–6 weeks plus a deeper interior/exterior detail a few times a year keeps you ahead of our region's pollen, sap, and road grime. We're happy to set up a recurring plan so you never have to think about it.

What's the deal with spring pollen here?

Middle Tennessee is one of the heavier pollen regions in the country — oak, cedar, hickory, maple and more coat cars yellow-green from roughly February through May. Pollen mixed with morning dew gets sticky and can dull your paint, so spring is the season to wash more often and keep a sealant on.

Do cicadas actually affect my car?

They can. Beyond the annual summer cicadas, Middle Tennessee sees large periodical broods (Brood XIX emerged in 2024, Brood XIV in 2025) that leave behind residue and carcasses — best rinsed off promptly before they bake onto paint and trim.

Does the summer sun really hurt my paint and interior?

Yes. Long, hot, humid summers and strong UV oxidize and fade paint and dry out and crack dashboards and leather. A wax or sealant outside and UV conditioning inside go a long way. Bird droppings and bug splatter are acidic too, so they should be removed quickly before they etch the clear coat.

What about tree sap and bird droppings?

Both are acidic and will etch paint if left on. We remove them as part of a detail, and a clay bar plus a fresh sealant makes it harder for them to bond in the first place.

Do I really need to worry about winter road salt in Tennessee?

When ice and snow hit, TDOT pre-treats and salts roads across all 95 counties — hundreds of thousands of tons of salt and over a million gallons of brine. That salt is corrosive to paint, wheels, and your undercarriage, so a wash after winter weather (and a deep clean once the season turns) is smart, cheap protection.

Why is mobile detailing a good fit for this area?

Between pollen, sap, cicadas, summer sun, and winter salt, cars here need regular attention — and driving to a shop for it is a hassle. We come to you and can keep you on a simple seasonal schedule so your vehicle stays protected year-round.

Commercial & Fleet

Do you service business fleets?

Yes. We detail work trucks, cargo and sprinter vans, box trucks, company cars, and trailers — on-site at your lot, so vehicles never have to leave your operation.

Is there a minimum number of vehicles?

No hard minimum. Whether it's two trucks or a full lot, we build a per-vehicle rate around your fleet size and schedule. Call for a quote.

How does fleet pricing work?

Per-vehicle pricing with volume discounts as the fleet grows, billed on one simple monthly invoice that's easy to budget and approve. Every fleet is different, so we quote to yours.

Can you come on a recurring schedule?

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, with flexible hours (before hours, after hours, or weekends) so we work around your operation, not the other way around.

What do you need on-site?

Just access to the vehicles and a little space to work. Our equipment is self-contained, and rinseless options mean we don't need a water hookup.

How do we get started?

Call 941-303-1757 for a quote, or send a message with your vehicle count and a rough schedule and we'll put a plan together.

Rideshare & Turo

I drive for Uber or Lyft — how often should I clean my car?

A recurring interior refresh — weekly or bi-weekly is popular — keeps riders comfortable, protects your rating and tips, and keeps you comfortably within rideshare cleanliness standards. Ask us about a recurring plan.

I host on Turo — can you clean between guests?

Yes — turnaround cleaning is one of our favorite jobs. We work around your rental calendar so the car is 5-star clean and ready for the next guest, which helps keep your cleanliness rating and your bookings up.

Can you do fast turnarounds?

We'll do our best to fit your window — tell us your check-out / check-in timing and we'll schedule around it. Same-day / rush service is available for +$50 when the calendar allows.

Interior only, or a full detail?

Your call. Rideshare drivers often want a recurring interior focus, while Turo hosts frequently want a full Interior + Exterior so the car photographs and shows well for the listing.

Do you offer recurring or volume pricing for multiple cars?

Yes. If you run several rideshare or Turo vehicles, we can set up recurring service and quote volume pricing just like a fleet. Call for a quote.
